skill order, burst of speed for early cs before they have harass, and by level 2 you have a poke and a lot of burst damage, vamp scepter + passive = good sustainability. Around level 4 you should have enough gold to back and get wriggles, once you have wriggles you should roam get a buff or two, red buff with lunge and burst of speed does a lot of burst damage along with slow. I have a 90% win ratio with this build. I only put the first 4 items because the last few are situational. If you notice that someone is getting you with a lot of burst damage, i would go tank, if you see that they have a few tanks i would get black cleaver or another blood thirster. anyways i sumed this up as fast as possible between games, i will update this and add alot more information if this thread gets any attention.
