In most cases, people come to mobafire only to see what people build in the game so i don't think i have to explain much.(Sell the shoes of greaves because in the end and late game you will be very op and dont need to escape.) You have to try to pair up with a tank so you can use them as shields so you can pick off easy kills. Dont use potions until you are getting chased and have no chance of escaping. Just play care and once you have your bloodthirster you have to just harass alot. Try to harass when you have your phantom dancer as well. It was a short explanation but you are probably able to take care of your self.
