Hello! And welcome to my first ever guide on the new hero Fiora. Since this is my first guide it is relatively simplistic, so please don't down vote for that reason. If there's something missing or something that I did wrong please contact me or leave my account some sort of message that can help me creating an even better guide.
*Note that this guide/build is purely based off of being able to do as much dmg as you can and being able to get out of team fights and lane fights alive*
*This guide is definitively still in the works, and I would love to get some input from others.*
Anyways moving onto the guide!
Fiora - What's so good about her?
So this question will mostly likely be on everybody's minds... Just how good is Fiora? That question can be answered quite simply. She is a dps/carry hero who has an amazing jungleing capability. Early game she can harass like crazy and be able to survive short confrontations against lane enemies. Mid game is where Fiora really starts to shine. During this time, ganking and going from lane to lane helping teammates is the perfect role for Fiora. And in late game, Fiora has enough output dmg to be real handy in team battles, she can pick off weaker less tanky heroes in a couple of hits.
Pros / Cons
Amazing output dmg mid - late game.
Ulti makes you untargetable
Have good survival ability
2nd skill boosts attk dmg on top of reflecting a auto attk from enemy heroes and creeps can help in a pinch.
3rd skill stacks attk speed and movement speed per attk landed during the spell. Meaning Chasing heroes down is quick easy for Fiora.
Fiora has no cc.
Her 2nd skill can not repel tower dmgs or any magic dmg / spells
Ulti can leave you wide open to get annihilated if you don't know how it works.
Once you get cc'ed you are very vulnerable
You will be targeted almost every fight due to the fact that you can change the tides of a fight if you last long enough.
For summoner spells I choose to go with
. The main reason why i choose these two spells is firstly, Fiora is great at jumping into battles, and when the heat of the battle is looking grim for you and your teammates, using flash to get out. Or Flash can also be used to jump into battles vice versa. With exhaust, we can chase enemy heroes who are running away from battle or it can also be used to slow enemies from chasing you.
Other spells that can be considered would be Ignite, just because of its offensiveness.
Ghost can also be used well with Fiora for many reasons, I'll let you think of those yourself.

Some spells that I just can't see why anyone would think be beneficial for you to pick up would be...
*But its up to you what you really want to use. If you can implement any of the ones that i said were useless, tell me and i'll update the guide with what you have told me.*
So for the runes that i picked up to use with Fiona, are basically armor pen runes, for all your atk dmg. Seal of Resilience, for the extra armor and survival. Glyph of warding for that extra magic armor. Just basic runes that give you that extra push in game.
With masteries I went with a 21-9-0. I went with this set up purely based off the fact that Fiora is a dps hero, and your teammates are looking for some huge dmg output in as little time possible from you. With the 9 in defense its purely there just for survival.
For this build i went with 1 lvl of lunge early. The reason for this is that you can harass enemy heroes early with ease. Fiora can lane in bot / top or she can jungle. For top and bot lanes to harass, use Lunge once in a while to harass enemy heroes. lunge into them and then if its possible lunge out towards an enemy creep away from the heroes. If you think that you can finish off the hero or if they turned around already and are running for the turret send another Lunge their way. Your Burst of Speed is your bread and butter. When activated Burst of Speed gives you attk speed and also movement speed for each hit landed. Chasing heroes down with ease, and to top it off, the skill resets if you get a kill, and lowers the cool down if you help assist. Use this skill often and you'll be tearing enemies apart during team fights. Your second skill is used mainly for the buff in attk dmg, and for the reflecting basic attks back at enemies. (Warning!!!: this skill does not work against towers, or any other magic/skills, it only returns dmg from auto attks so don't forget if your running away safe your mana if you know a skill is coming your way, unless you think its an auto attk dont throw this skill in that dire situation) Finally your ultimate is one of the craziest skills in her set. It is basically an advanced version of Master Yi's Alpha Strike. Remember that this skill will start and end on the same enemy that you target. So don't get caught off guard jumping on someone that will walk back towards turrets and kill you instead! Blade Waltz is very powerful when used correctly, and can inevitably safe your life.
