Why is this guide not in the top 10? Probaly to many trollvotes just like every guide who receives a spot in top10..

I'm not seeing how "a combination of the other Fiora guides" is a legitimate reason to downvote. If my build looked something like the other Fiora builds, why not downvote all of them, since they are all alike? At the moment it seems like an off-tank Fiora build is the best way to build her; naturally a lot of guides are going to be set up the same way.

And yes a lot of the Fiora guides are getting trolled however not every downvote = a troll vote

Livinlife, I'm pretty sure you're just trolling my guide, too, but Burst of Speed only boosts attack speed for 3 seconds. Riposte gives a permanent attack damage bonus. Burst of Speed can only be cast every 11-15 seconds, and only lasts for 3. That is not better lifesteal. Have a real reason to downvote if you are going to troll, please.

y would you ever max Riposte first? sure ur attacks do more damage but Burst of Speed gives you over double the attacks. 120% attack speed > 35 extra AD since by level nine you will most often have at least a Vampiric Scepter. Burst of Speed = more damage/more lifesteal.
