Introduction
Fiora is a Melee burst champion that if played right can be a extremely fun to play, She is a very attack speed dependent champion that mostly will depend on her E witch is Burst of speed that gives her 60/75/90/105/120 % per rank.
About my runes i will mostly go for Greater Mark of Strength, Greater quintessence of Strength, Greater Seal of Resilience and Greater Glyphs of Shielding.
i go this much ad because it gives me an much easier time last hitting and allows me to harras my opponent through out the early levels. The Seals and Glyphs is pretty much standard for most top laners.

About my item choice i almost always start with boots and 4 pots then building into a wriggles' lantern.
If i'm against an jungler with allot of cc such as Rammus or Maokai i tend to get Mercury's Threads, or if they have double ap i will also go Mercury's Threads. If im going to play against a ad jungler and a auto attack champion top i will get Ninja Tabi.
I personally think Trinity force is a great item on Fiora because if you do your spells in the right order you will proc sheen multiple times during the rotation. If i feel im getting focused and cc'd allot i'll get Quicksilver Sash. As for my fifth item i go for a Black Cleaver, i go that because that her ultimate applies on-hit effects such as red buff and cleaver.
And for my last item i get last Whisper because the lack of armor penetration on my runes.
If the game gets long enough i tend to replace my Ninja Tabi's into Mercury's Threads and my Wriggles Lantern into Bloodthirster

I feel that Fiora has great farming potential in the lane. When you have your Wriggle's Lantern if you want to push you can just use your E and auto attack the minions down, because of her fast attack speed from her E you will most likely get the last hits. But i would prefer if there is an even lane you should try to freeze the minion waves near your tower, not under your tower but just out of it's range. Freeze means that you let your opponent push the minion wave and when it gets just out of range of your tower you can tank the minion wave until your minions arrive. If you do that your opponents creep will naturally push to your tower and he can't farm as much as he would be able to.
I tend to go for the usual Flash Ignite because i feel that i get enough movement speed from Trinity Force and my Q.
You can change your Flash into Ghost if you want good chasing power in the early game but i personally prefer Flash.
Heal is also a good summoner on Fiora you can bait your enemy's or use it to help out in a team fight.
