I wish to point a flaw on your very first build that you called 'anti-carry'.
I believe you don't have enough critical chance to justify an Infinity Edge.
You should have at last 55% to make it worthy.
Just saying, you might have successful results with the build as it is now.

It's just an extra bonus, and the AD is nothing to laugh about.

I explained in the guide that I go for even more damage at that point, but I never specified which items. Infinity Edge just popped into my head because it does 'tons of damage.'

If you do not intend relying on critical chance, then you should go for another The Bloodthirster, don't you agree? It's cheaper and gives 20 extra damage and more life steal.

Keep in mind that some random ppl open guides just to see what to buy next, we have to show mercy to those random ppl xD

Often they don't get a good result and then come back just to downvote. It's stupid I know, but you know what I mean =|

Stacking The Bloodthirsters are overrated on Fiora :l

Infinity Edge actually gives more overall dps but The Bloodthirster gives more consistent dps.

In other words, when you crit, IE gives more burst.

As an anti-carry, we want BURST. We don't care about consistent DPS because it's going to take relatively longer to kill our targets.

Plus, it's just 20 damage. Life steal isn't necessary because we have our ult which is a great finisher and makes us untargetable.

To clarify, we don't need crit damage, but it's a nice bonus and is better than straight AD because of the chance of extra burst.

Also, 55% crit chance isn't necessary to get an Infinity Edge. If that were truly the case, all AD Carries would buy a Phantom Dancer before IE, but we see it the other way around. It has something to do with more 'spike' damage. Plus, we hit the 2.5 attack speed. It's impossible to not crit in those 3 seconds.

Yeah, Tiamat is just for teh lolz, but it's usually not for clearing lanes. More like for splash damage in fights, the only thing keeping me away from making it core is the small range.
