Introduction
Now this guide is not a joke i use it in many games I understand there are many ways to make her this is just my take.
+ using Tiamat procs with her ulti so if the enemy is close together it does a massive amount of dmg
As the youngest child of the noble House Laurent, Fiora always considered herself destined for greatness. The Laurents had dominated the dueling culture of Demacia's aristocracy for centuries, and Fiora's father was regarded as one of the finest swordsmen the nation had ever seen. Inspired by his tales of glory, Fiora began training as soon as she could wield a blade and quickly showed greater talent than any of her siblings. As she grew older, her self-confidence and rigid discipline only widened the gulf of expertise between Fiora and her peers. Her fellow duelists perceived her confidence as arrogance, but none could defeat her in combat, and each new victory only heightened her lofty self-esteem. Even so, Fiora never allowed herself to become complacent in her training, and she drove herself ever harder to become a worthy successor to her father's legacy.
Her devotion turned out to be misplaced. On the eve of an arranged duel, Fiora's father was caught slipping a slow paralysis poison into his opponent's drink. Following the incident, many of his past opponents came forward with their own accusations: envenomed weapons, bribery, blackmail, and more. In an instant, he had destroyed his family's honorable reputation. Fiora was outraged. Not only had her hero betrayed her ideals, but also Demacia's dueling elite now doubted her own ability. She desperately wanted to wipe the stain from her family's history but, even more, she wanted the world to acknowledge her mastery. She found her solution in the one arena where she could fight the world's strongest warriors without being accused of dishonesty: the League of Legends.

(Innate): Fiora regenerates 7 + (1 × level) health over 6 seconds each time she deals physical damage. Striking champions will cause this effect to stack up to 4 times.
(Active): Fiora dashes forward to strike her target, dealing physical damage. Fiora can perform the dash a second time within 4 seconds at no mana cost.
Cost: 60 mana
Range: 600
Cooldown: 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 / 8 seconds
Physical Damage: 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+0.6 per bonus attack damage)
(Passive): Fiora's attack damage is increased.
Bonus Attack Damage: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35
(Active): Fiora parries the next basic attack within 1.5 seconds and reflects magic damage back to the attacker. Works against champions, monsters, and large minions.
Cost: 45 mana
Cooldown: 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 seconds
Magic Damage: 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+1.0 per ability power)
(Active): Fiora gains additional attack speed for 3 seconds. Each autoattack or Lunge she lands during this time increases her movement speed for 3 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
Killing a champion refreshes the cooldown on Burst of Speed. Assists reduce the cooldown by half of the base amount.
Cost: 55 mana
Cooldown: 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 seconds
Attack Speed: 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120%
Movement Speed: 7 / 9 / 11 / 13 / 15%
(Active): Fiora dashes around the battlefield, becoming untargetable in the process, and striking random enemy champion(s) 5 times, dealing physical damage. Successive hits against the same target deal 25% damage. The first and last attack will be against the same target. Each strike applies on-hit effects.
Cost: 100 mana
Range: 400
Cooldown: 150 / 130 / 110 seconds
Physical Damage per Strike: 160 / 330 / 500 (+1.2 per bonus attack damage)
Maximum Physical Damage on a single target: 320 / 660 / 1000 (+2.4 per bonus attack damage)
These runes help as they give you armor to survive early on, mres to survive those pesky casters, and Apen to do that much more damage. here is a better description
greater mark of desolation
this allows you to gain more early game damage and gives you a better overall damage by the end of a game.
Greater Seal of Armor
this allows you to survive in the lane for longer and so you do not die vs those heave ad bruisers that love top
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist
this glyph gives you a masive amount of mres vs those magic based abilities and ap champs. allowing you to survive them when your top
Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed
This gives you more attack speed to dish out more DPS to minions and champions during the progression of the game.
greater quintessence of desolation
this quint allows you to have even more apen so it provides the same use as the runes above.
Tiamat = rage vs stupid players and minions alike..
Bloodthirster gives you more damage and lifesteal through out the game
boots are a given
Black Cleaver can be dropped for another Bloodthirster but it gives you more damage and attack speed which can in turn help more. get another blood thirster if you need the LS
later on you can sell your boots and get last whisper if they are tanking you hard
also a GA would be a nice drop for boots if you die to fast.
Laning as Fiora. Ok so first off when you start the game make sure you get cloth armor and 5 pots it will allow you to survive against the other top champ (most likely a heavy dmp or tank champ)
when laning harass their top laner with Q and W when he attacks you, this will cause alot of dmg to them + make them run away (unless they are not smart)
early on in the first 5 min if you can keep top bush warded and/or tribush if on the top team side
after that time keep wards up and farm, farm, farm, and guess what MORE FARM
try to take out the other turret and gank alot, the more kills you get the more money you have, as Fiora you can almost 1v5 end game if ur fed
after 20 min passes if you have taken the other turret feel free to roam and gank keep pushing lanes and farming off jungle dragon and other champs, you need money to win.
KEEP WARDING 24/7 IT SHOULD BE A HABIT TO BUY A WARD OR 2 WHEN YOU B EVERYTIME!

Jungling as Fiora is very good however she is not that great at it, she can clear every camp and gank and to alot of dmg but you dont get nearly enough farm unless you get a kill EVERYTIME, in a way her jungling is much like rivens, you need to gank every chance you get
