This build was first to help a friend playing fiora, as we did discuss about her as a solo Top laner.
He told me i should post it on mobafire so it could help other people with this char.
I haven't played her actually, but this is the way i would play her.
2 options : more tanky such as an irelia with a good burst damage or more riven like, with tons of damage and some CCs. Hope you'll enjoy it as it's my very first guide on mobafire.

For the first build i think this runes setup are quite basic. They cover most of the need of a solo top laner. Some health, armor and magic resist, damage. This allow you to be aggresive but tanky in the same way.
For the second build i just replace Heatl by damage. In this build, she must take an early advantage on the top lane against most of solo laner. This build help you dealing tons of damage but as consequence you are more squishy and you should try to play safe but aggresive.
Build 1 : This 13/16/1 mastery has 2 objectives : Be more tanky but sacrifice as less damage as possible. You have good resistance at level 1 and a good sustain if you are against a distance solo laner, such as kennen for exemple. But you also have the armor pen and the damage to deal damage if your opponent dont play safe.
Build 2 : Offensive build with a 20/10/0 mastery. This masteries only give you some resistance thanks to the armor and health bonus, but you are mainly aiming damage. You can destroy non-early character and still have a good amount of defense.
Build 1 : Well, i wanted to see what stats would have fiora with trinity. Sure, she dont have much damage but the fact is that she has spells that can scale really well with a trinity. For exemple :
dash => first trinity activation => wait 2 second => Riposte => wait 2 seconds => Burst of speed => wait 2 second => dash => etc...
This style of game may have some good burst damage. You can engage teamfights with your ulti and be well placed for a good randuin's omen, helping your team to finish some player.
But it is very situational. If your solo top deals heavy physical damage, ninja tabi would be more efficient to handle your top. Same if the opponent deals heavy magical damage, mercury would be better.
Anyway, The core build of this build would be trinity + guardian angel. Other items can evolve with what your opponent is playing, and how the game goes.
Build 2 : As i said earlier, this build is more of a riven like build, having big burst of damage but, in the same way, some resistance to be able to stand in a teamfight and not be brough down easily.
Like the first build you can swap swiftness with tabi or mercury boots. But you want to focus on having a lots of AD, and some armor and magic resist.
So you'll take bloodthirst for big damage, frozen mallet for health, maw of malmortius for magic resist. Wriggles gives you armor and lifesteal and guardian angel helps your global defense in fights.
Some items can be changed but i think that the core item build is : bloodthirst + phage + hexdrinker.
You dont have to have last evolution of this item to be a beast, but if you do, i think the opponent team will remember the hard times you gave to them.
I feel like this is the way she should be played. Maxing the damage you get on riposte and then attack and movement speed for incoming damage. The lounge is uselful early game to catch people, but you should maybe catch them with ulti later in the game.
This is a work in progress, I havent tried actually and if you have any suggestions, i'll be glad to talk about it.
