You may want to farm level 6 and make a easy gank with ult, you can also make early gank if you see good spot to jump on with E and i recommend ganking with red if you don't have ult.

On mid game you want to make team fight if possible, its pretty easy to focus on carry and burst him down with ult and dodging spells with E.

After you get to the late game your really tanky and can easily 1v1 enemies (if they aren't fed).

Just farm if you don't see a good spot to gank and lanes are winning. Try to get dragons when your mid or bottom aren't busy or if you are ahead you can solo them.

-Fizz E is really easy to use for dodges
-He got pretty heavy % damage

Cons
-Early game isn't so strong
-He is just one big boob :)
