If you read further down in the item description then u will see i wrote "Remember to not always follow a set build when you're playing. You should build based on how your game is going and get what you think is best." But i havent said the build was done yet... :) and i havent built an order either.

It's a very meh build and wont get far honestly, sorry. And you need pictures, coding, pretty it up. Not only that but show PROOF that it's better, show PROOF that you actually tried the build, show PROOF that it works. Otherwise it's just dancing letters.
Props for the and the skill order at least. Runes are alright, but since I'm not too savvy on that myself I won't make myself look like a fool correcting it.
And be more in-depth about your item order. What? I'm supposed to buy Mercury's Treads right off the bat at 00:00 of the game? I can't do that. It's Machete and pots, then upgrade to then roll up to Mercury if you want it then get Wiggles if you're going to keep jungling.
This guide isn't hopeless, I've seen much MUCH worse, but there's alot of room for improvement.

Yes. Turn on comment to vote. Change your masteries to 9-21. The extra stuff you get in the offensive tree are no where near as important as the stuff you should get at the bottom of the defensive tree. Your abilities are good. You start with W then max E first, but you must max Q second because of the burst damage as well as the CDs. Need to add more stuff though. Not voting up or down, but so far what you have, is okay.

Also, turn on Comment to Vote because look, you just got your guide to 35% without any feedback. I'm not an expert on jungle Vi in any way (I usually play her top) maybe include some jungle routes or details on how to gank, since I couldn't find any of those in the walls of text. Good luck with your guide though, should you decide to improve it ^^ love the guide name :p
