It's "W" I'm telling you to max, Fizz's combo in early game is Q-W-E,

Urchin Strike (Q) act only as a gap closer in this scenario.
The main damage in this combo is Seastone Trident (W) in which after you use Q you will attack 1~3 times before you use Playful / Trickster (E) to disengage.

Maxing W gives you more damage if you can fully utilize your AAs.

Consider taking greater mark of hybrid penetration and maxing Seastone Trident for the duration of laning as this will deal more damage over-all.

Remove the lore, it's useless.
