Note: This guide is still in work, but I thought I'd post the basics of what I've got for you guys, so bear with me a little here.

I start with Seastone Trident and max it out first, as it has a great passive as well as a useful activated ability. Now normally people will take all three abilities in the first three levels. In all honesty, it's based on who you're fighting early game. However, most times, I find it best to have Urchin Strike one level below Seastone Trident, and Playful/Trickster significantly lower. While a good move, yes, I typically find it best to be used as an escape mechanism rather than something to use to jump into the fray. You could max it second instead of Urchin Strike, but I'd still recommend what you see above. As for Chum...just take it when it's available. It's an ULT!!
