Flash is a waste on fizz IMO. Ghost is great for the MS boost (yes I know the collision becomes useless). Also, your engage is a little odd. Starting with E is a bad move. Start with W-Q combo, and the use E to chase and slow (most people will have started to run/flash) This helps ensure the kill.

I would also go with ghost instead of flash. And i think hexatech was nerfed too much. I would replace it with a rod of ages to give him some more Ap.

Thanks for all the constructive criticism. I will look onto Hextech, Malady and test the initiation with W-Q instead. I really appreciate the comments. Not sure if I want Rod of Ages ssince this is an on-hit built, but I've had success with Nashor's Tooth instead of Hextech I one game, but I need more testing.

Also, I feel that I may have rushed this build after playing Fizz for 14 hours straight, and should have invested more time before publishing this. I will fix this as much as I can as Fizz is slowly becoming my main over LeBlanc and Morgana.

Edit: I'm testing Ghost over Flash now.

the health at the end is wrong, I mean... yoi have warmogs you CANR end up with 1745 with warmogs and level 18

Just kidding. Fizz is not yet fully updated on Mobafire yet. I believe I have no power to change the stats on Fizz unless Mobafire updates the hero.

people are losing sight of what he actually is, an AP burst champion, not ad, not as, not hybrid ap/ad, he is strongest as an AP Burst.

A few updates.

Ghost vs Flash is still a hot debate. I used Ghost for the past 5 games and I've noticed that it is better to chase down enemies, and when I need to escape, I tend to try to activate trickster to escape through walls. It has been successful and I will continue using Ghost for more normal games and see my outcome. It is too bad that I've been paired with bad teams lately that can't hold lanes (insert QQ/rage here).

And I have come to notice that Warmog's Armor could be bought before or after Malady (which is also another item in discussion). Why? My reasoning is that since I am building an annoying on-hit champion, I will need that extra HP in early game to annoy the enemy as much as I can. While keeping that tankyness, this is where Ghost comes in handy. It allows me to chase heroes down while applying new stacks of Seastone Trident and each time I apply the DoT on the target, the more they suffer since I am lowering their HP and the passive of Seastone Trident becomes stronger and stronger.

Now, I have come to discuss that while initiating fights in a 1v1. I find it better (thanks to Psyceh) to activate Seastone Trident and dashing your target with Urchin Strike to start doing damage, as soon as the enemy is tempting to flee, I use Playful / Trickster without activating Trickster to slow the enemy down. If they persist on fleeing with Ghost or Flash, pop Ghost or Chum the Waters or even use another Urchin Strike (it will be out of cooldown by then).

Meanwhile, I have been replacing Hextech Gunblade by Nashor's Tooth and the CDR is working wonders. While keeping the blue buff and having that item, I have 40% CDR (cap) at all times. I might consider swapping the flat CDR runes for flat AP runes (help me discuss on this one).

I haven't had the time to test Malady vs Wit's End yet (due to ****py games), but I will continue testing the next following days to see what I will conclude.

Trust me, I know and I have played Fizz 11 games straight as an AP burst before I had a crazy idea of trying jungle since Seastone Trident made me open my eyes. Like I have said million times before. This build seeks to play Fizz in a different perspective and in a different way. I am part of the minority that wants to challenge the mainstream playstyle and convert it into my style.

uhm.. it didnt work for me. I didnt manage to get urchi nstrike befor wraiths and after wraiths Im no strong enough to get lizard... and I got all masterys
EDIT: maybe its bcause I dont have the full runes. I thought armors are enough. I have already almost full isnight and on quint of insight... well I just went 30

It's Saintvicious jungling. It worked for me with a leash on blue (except I didn't start by wolves like he did with his pro partners).
