Magic penetration runes is very important for Fizz in early game. Magic Resist runes is for Fizz to reduces damage from other champion so that can fight against them. Ability runes is very important for early game bully.

First you get a (Boots of Speed) for helping your teammates to gank. Get 3 (Health Potions) so that u can stay at the lane more longer. After that, you can get a (Catalyst the Protector) for more Hp and Mp. This will make u more Tanky. (Sorcerer's Shoe) will make your skill more pain with the magic penetration Sorcerer's Shoe have. Getting a (Rod of Ages) make you more pain and (Rylai's Crystal Scepter) will make u looks more tank and more ability power. (Rabodan's DeathCap)Will make you become a truly pain skiller. The last item is (Zhonya's Hourglass) make u more tanky and more Ability and the passive it have is very usefull when war.

Summoner spells, i usually will get Flash and Ignite. Flash can help u to escaped from opponent and kill your opponent. It is very helpful. Ignite is for extra damage for preventing your opponent escaped from DEATH. You can get Ghost as well for chasing opponent to SLAIN them. =D
