Intro
NOTE:This is my first guide so I wanted to be on champion that is easy to play^^
Please note that I wrote "its effective if you can play the champion"-that means you should know some tricks with Fizz(Hop over walls with E),know Fizz's strenght and weaknesses!!!!I recommend to play atleast 20 games with Fizz with his normal build!
Build pros and cons
-Tanky and deals pleasant amount of dmg
-Very effective vs ad top champions(Jax,Tryndamere,Kled etc)
-Mobility

-Not that effective vs ap champions
-Can't oneshot
