Ok, lets start.
This is my build of Fizz, a very nice champ, that requires some skill and humor ^^. It's a little bit easy to play, so you won't get many difficulties.
It's very fun play with him. You can use his abilities to get out of fights that you know that you lose, or, if you're with your team, you get some kills ;)

He has interesting combos that you'll like to do.

I won't write really much, because the most important will be write, do you won't need to know anything more...

Well, there are no more to say, so lets talk about the build

Next chapter: Runes.
Well, I picked up AP runes, because we know that Fizz is an AP champ, obviously, you need to get it.
I chose Magic Penetration too, because it combines well and I think that is most appropriate for him.

I have no much to tell, as I said, Fizz is an AP champ, but uses mana too, so my choice was based in AP, Cooldown reduction and Mana as well.

And this is what I choose:


I Pick Dorans ring, it offers you health, 15 AP and some mana regen - thats a nice item in the begin for AP Champs.


There are no much to tell, you will need it to get Sorcerer's Shoes

Catalyst The Protector
This is a very nice item in the begin, allows you get some Health and Mana, and when you level up, a small amount of it is restored


One more time, it gives you Health, Mana, but it also gives you AP. Every minute you gain some health, mana and AP (bonuses cap at: 20 AP, 180 HP and 200 Mana.


Simple boots, gives you Magic Penetration and more speed.


I love this item, thats very nice for AP's champs that are always using his abilities. It gives you AP and Spell Vamp. I call "Spell Vamp" the Life Steal for Abilities ^^
When you use abilities like Seastone Trident, Will of the Ancients is very useful to you recover your health


I always pick up this item for AP's champs, because it gives you a nice amount of AP and Health ;)


I like Rabadon's cap because it gives a very nice amount of AP, which is very useful in late game ^^


AP, Mana, Magic Resistance and Mov. Speed. But it also have a very nice Passive:
next physical attack after using an ability passively deals 100% of Ability Power as magical damage. This ability has a cooldown of 2 seconds, and the on-hit buff has 10 seconds to be used. This effect does not stack with Sheen or Trinity Force

And the build is done ;)

I know that Fizz has abilities that slows the target, but I pick exhaust because sometimes you have your abilities in cooldown and Exhaust won't let your enemy get out of the fight ^^


I think its the best Summoner Spell. Almost everytimes I pick it up. I helped me lots of times, and I won some games because of the Flash. This is an instant teleport ^^

You can also pick up:

Its a very nice summoner spell too, because if your enemy runs with very low life, you've the kill guaranteed.


It let you escape sometimes, but I prefer flash & exhaust, made an awesome combination

Pros:

You gank really well
You can escape of the fights easy with your Urchin Strike and Playful / Trickster
You can be really annoying for your enemies, when you slow them. It make your enemies don't reach near you.
You're ulti is amazing in 2 ways: It makes an awesome effect (the design) and deals a nice amount of damage. It slows the enemy as well...

Cons:

When you get ganked and if they cover you, an exhaust its enough to make you die...
In early game you aren't very good =/
