Go look at the top
there are still a few pointers I have to give you:
Some of your starting options are impossible because you dont have enough money at start
Try spell-check your spelling and grammar, this is really easy if you search a spellcheck on google
Try to explain the order of maxing your skills
Try to give somem more options on for example Summoner spells
Try to explain how to play
When you have done this or some of the points you can PM me again and I will recheck your guide.

untill then you REALLY have to work on it a bit more.
Because it looks like you did it just really fast,
and that it is only half done.
