Can you explain to me why RoA isnt part of your core?

And what spell would you suggest over cleanse? the only other spell that would be useful for him is Teleport and I've already covered that up. Rylai's isn't pure fail on singed, but I'm testing Zhonya's Hourglass on him, it's looking good.

Sorry but Singed does not need Cleanse, and Rylai's on Singed is just pure fail.
