Flash
Ignite
Ability Order
Nimble Fighter (PASSIVE)
Fizz Passive Ability
Chapter 1 - Summoner Spells
Ignite - This should be surge, but mobafire hasn't updated yet, so we will go with ignite.
Masteries
This will give you a great heckling ability early game, and the Guardian Angels will give you the defense you will need late game.
