In order to get the most damage output from Lee Sin's skill set, you must use these runes. It gives him everything he needs: attack damage so he does more damage, armor pen so he does more damage, attack speed so he can do more damage and cool down reduction so he can do damage more often.

The best way to go is 30/0/0. 30 points being in the offense tree because you want to kill your enemies right? If you kill them first how can they kill you? That's exactly the logic behind this choice. So who needs defense anyways?

Its best to just buy 5 Trinity Forces at the beginning of the game since it will give you everything you need itemwise. You will get health, damage, attack speed, crits and mana since for some reason there is a bug in the game where Lee Sin starts with no mana unless you buy items with it. As a last item you should get a Zhonyas because the enemy will want to kill you so you should bait them or you can ult zhonyas so they dont have time ot react

In order to get the highest damage, it's best to just put all 18 points into your ultimate because you can one hit everyone and if they get knocked back into 4 other people that's a pentakill right there.

If you are ever getting chased and at low hp (which idk why that would happen with this build) or even if your team catches an enemy to get a free kill, you HAVE to ult them away because only you are allowed to get the kills by yourself, so if your team tries to participate this game, you should just help the enemy team until you 1v5 them.
