Yeah the rest of the guide was nothing fantastic. Nothing new to learn. And the guide is ugly as hell. And also your build order is messy. It's kage's lucky pick before Kindlegem, and Aegis of the Legion before Shurelya's Battlesong and Locket of the Iron Solari. no, this is not personal preference. And the runes are not personal preference either. Any Soraka or Lulu guide which runs ANY type of AP runes gets an instant -1 from me. NO EXCEPTIONS.

but if you have full build you've got more AP than this 24.. if you didn't read the full guide please don't give a +1 or -1..

Never take AP runes on a support. Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power is garbage on Soraka. 27 AP at max level, that's 11 extra heal on Astral Blessing and 19 extra heal on Wish - and that's at max level, mind you. kage's lucky pick already provides 25 AP.

Correct blues for Soraka should be Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction but if you don't have them (they're expensive like hell), Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist are good too.
