Introduction

Alright so I guess you're going to know what this is about;; OF COURSE its about Annie... the 5 year old girl who basically throws FIREBALLS at you.

I guess I'm making this guide because I main Annie and I nuke with her.
This guide doesn't have much chapters either. So just bare with me.

Runes

Well I like to play 3's a lot so I find flat on runes help a lot, but these runs also work in a 5s situation. Specially if you're taking mid. Having flat runes in the start of a fight can really help you a lot; with this build, specially with the +10 magic pen in the start. It's going to help.

Masteries

For the masteries, I basically set out a normal caster / mage masteries tier. That one point in flash is going to help you, a lot. Trust me.

Items

For the items, its also a basic caster / mage build. It's also pretty cheap compared to what I've seen a lot of Annie's do... You can get this build if you don't get fed, be eaten or if you do get fed.
Yes, if you do get fed, its going to be an easy win for your team because really... All you need is the dorans ring, the death cap, the shoes and of course that void staff. The ring, you don't really have to sell it but its your choice. I tend to keep it off until they start to build up on magic resist. Once they get magic resit, I usually go for the Abyssal Septar just to help out our void staff. If they get more magic resist, you can always go hybrid. It's also fun to go dps ap Annie, but try it out on a custom game first.

Skill Sequence / Farming

My skill sequencing is that I get my first skill right off the bat to harass and just to save up mana and for last hitting minnions. I find it better than getting the second skill first because you get to charge up a stun. But is charging up a stun really worth it compared to getting all those last hits WHILE you charge up your stun and not lose mana if you last hit correctly. I get the second skill at level to because I find it also nicer to know that you're going to be safe soloing or in a lane with a partner that you have to skills to save yourself added to that is that when you have your stun and you decide to harass or go for the kill it's much easier to have your disintegrate to stun then quickly with your incinerate then finish off with your disintegrate and ignite to make the kill sure. I only grab one shield early at level 5 because, I find that the other team decides to harass a bit more when they're about level 5. Having this shield can save you in many different ways. If they hit you with an auto attack, it damages them back. Also this shield can increase your magic resist and your amour and can also increase your rate of survival.

Summoner Spells

For summoner spells I like to use FLASH and IGNITE. For flash it's nice to chase, or creep up to them. ALWAYS try to have flash ready when you're going to gank or get into a team fight, or if you want to take someone down. Having flash and having your stun ready with Tibbers in hand is a really deadly combination. If you flash to your opponent unsuspectingly then drop Tibbers right on top and the person's stunned, hit them with your incinerate then dicindegrate. Charge up your stun before they get away, use your shield, then you should have your first two ques back and ready and should be able to take them down with an easy kill without having to use ignite, but for safety reasons. I use ignite just when they're about to die then leave just in case someone wants to jump you and help their team mate.
