ok sorry!!! this was just a random build for fun...... well most of it.... and i am gonna update this soon once i figure out a better build!!

Okay, sorry about confusing you before. Probably my nubbiest mistake in LoL history.
I thought Bloodthirster stacked like Sword of the Occult, my goodness, no wonder I thought Bloodthirster wasn't a really good item. T_T;
How about switching out Youmuu's (which isn't as great for ranged) with a Guardian Angel? That will help you keep all your Bloodthirster bonuses, and probably save you from ganks and teamfights.

Ok, here we go. Starting from the top.

Runes : You are putting way too many crit runes into your build. The best number of crit runes to have in an Ashe build is 0. You should swap those crit Marks and Seals into Armor Pen marks and flat Mana Regen Runes. This helps you immensely in the early game, giving you more Damage and allowing you to "spam" volley abit.

Basically, relying on crit instead of armor pen will leave you completely useless against tanks and armor built champions.

Skill Sequence : Maxing Hawkshot first is good in a sence but i would recommend giving your E the lowest skilling priority. Except for that one point at Level 3 ( which i think should be level 4)

Items :
Infinity Edge is an Ashes best friend. I like to make that my first priority, and i see no reason as to why anyone wouldnt.

Youmuu's Ghostblade : Granted, it does give you stats that are suitable for Ashe BUT, not having a Banshee's or other survivability items will leave as squishy as a minion. And no, bloodthirsters do not count as survivability items. I would strongly recommend a Banshee's Veil there.

And I would switch one of the Bloodthirsters for either a Black Cleaver or a Last Whisper.

Masteries : look good. I usually skip the points in ALACRITY and put one in 15% magic pen
two in More dmg to minions, and the last one into MP5 in the Utility tree.

That was my take on advice :P Consider it if you want too :)

Maybe you should put advice about what to do when you don't have any stacks, to make your guide look cleaner and be more useful. :3

If you don't kill anyone then just stand back and farm! :D If there are no mobs just stay in the back and volley. Just try to find as many mobs as you can.

It's a good but risky build... What if you never kill anyone?
