I play mundo as a jungler/solo toper, must say on jungle its obivious ghost/smite but top, cleanse is a must to counter ignite,exhaust etc.etc. vs ww with wits end u will die mostly not because he will dmg output u but he will use ignite which will devastate ur hp regen items/passive and will deal dmg. Great build immo,but i would say cleanse over exhaust, if u want to be rock solid on top :))

Rly nice guid :P I tryed it some times and in the last game i base dived 3 champions with only 2 warmogs xD
And yes, i got the kills ;)

Why haven't you changed the runes to % hp boost yet!? Must be done.
