Why i do this build?

The top row is the core of the build. In a meta where every one has a dash. Even ones that used to have no dash have one now (Cough Protobelt Cough). So I made this build for safer play. This build has no crit because all you want to do and ad from frozen mallet and you can slow them with your mystic shot. When you hit it though not only do you slow them you also get sped up by the phage in trinity this also applies on your auto (makes kiting so much easier). If they still to fast just activate youmuus and you are set. The second row is what you can choose for your last two items. This is like ezreal's blue build because it revolves around his mystic shot. The difference is you have less mana but your shots are more bursty. I instantly bursted down a 20% health rengar before he could even move. All I did was teleport auto and mystic shot. This was when I had a dorans blade, triforce and two long swords. Now rengar had no defensive items but he had around 300 health and I was only level 8. That is all I can say about this build because to me it is strong cause all they did was surrendered because I made the adc useless because they had to back from my poke constantly or risk dying. The only one I had a problem with was a Draven with warlords. He was so annoying because I couldn't auto him because he out traded me but I could burst like 50% of his health if I hit every thing. Now I won't risk that so I lost that game.

Summoner Spells

Anything is ok but I prefer barrier. It has a super short cooldown for a summoner and ignite won't halve the value of it like it does to heal. All you need to do is use it at the right time bacause it only last two seconds.

I find flash absolutely mandatory. You do not know how nice it is to escape a four man gank at bot and i just flash then e away. They completely wasted there time at bot while my jungle and mid laner get farm. I prefer to wait until big cooldowns are used. like yi/ahri/shyvana/talia/karthus ult. Or even a teleport summoner for a five man bot.
