How I set up my Viktor is to destroy early game. I try to dominate the other player, play agressive and get to the tower and destroy it. If you do this right you'll about 3-5 levels in front of everyone where you can destroy some one with your Death Ray and Chaos Storm in a matter of seconds. If you **** up then your stuck with everyone in leveling. And if you really **** up then your useless. Playing this Viktor set up is hard if you don't know where people are and if you don't use your Gravity Field to trap or escape enemies.
I use flash and Teleport because flash lets me get near or away from enemies of course. I use Teleport to get to my tower quickly before the enemy destories it. Also you can teleport to a ward or minions and run cut an enemy off if you get Homegaurd on your shoes.
At level 5 you should be able to kill of all six minions in one swipe of your Death ray (when you have Augment: Death and Death Ray should be at lvl 3)
