Teemo, Teemo, Teemo. He is great for people who like to run around the whole map fast. He is also easy to carry because he's so light. *bu-dum CRASH* Ok I'm done with my fail jokes. He also has poison as we should know that stacks with magic. This build is just to annoy people by Teemo running around really fast, so if u think i'm trolling then just stop reading. Since this is my first guide i have no idea what to use or how to put in the pictures of items and stuff in my introduction and the rest of the guide...

For runes i like to have speed Quints for extra speed in combat, attack speed reds to help with the Phantom's Dancer, flat cooldown blues for keeping up Teemo's Move Quick, three mana regen yellows for being able to spam Move Quick, and 6 ability power per level for extra shroom and poison damage.

For Masteries i just get the things that help with ghost, speed, and revive (for its speed) and lifesteal, attack speed, ability power, or anything that will help these things.

For Summoner spells i take Revive and Ghost for the extra speed. If you are in a 1v1 battle and you die, but they have low health, REVIVE AND GHOST AND MOVE QUICK to catch up! It will work. Its also good for the !@$%s and giggles.

My items are pretty much very stupid, but it works. My core build is at least 1 Phantom's dancer, boots of mobility, and Hextech Gunblade. These will help your speed, sustainability, and with random crits. with enough Phantom's Dancers, you can get 100% crit.

this guide is not what you really want to do in ranked, but you can if you want. it works wonders but your team might rage at you. this is mostly for people who want to have fun or show off to their friends. So this is my first guide like i said. PLEASE give me tips on this becuase i have no idea how to do this. I'm pretty stupid...
