This is my first build. Constructive criticism would be appreciated.

I know heal and teleport are kind of scrubby, but I find them extremely useful. I like to farm alot, so teleport comes in handy there. It can also be useful for ganks if you have placed sight wards in bushes.
Heal, when combined with your ult, makes you take *forever* to kill, especially if you have stacked up your Warmog's Armor passive.

Last hitting minions with Nasus is a must, that way your Siphoning Strike will hit like a truck end-game. Nasus is great at pushing backdoor towers, especially since Siphoning Strike deals it's extra damage to towers.
Wither is useful, but not until team fights or late ganks. As such, I don't level it up too fast.
Spirit Fire is amazing for farming. Farming = gold. Gold = items. Nasus can solo-lane pretty well if you know how to place Spirit Fire. The armor reduc part of Spirit Fire comes in handy during team fights, and you always want them to be in a Spirit Fire before using Siphoning Strike

As far as Items go, the Ninja Tabi can be replaced by Mercury's Treads if you find yourself fighting alot of magic.
Also, Force of Nature can be replaced with Banshee's Veil.
Sunfire Cape's are great for Nasus because you want to run in and get some killing done, and they combine with your ult and a well placed Spirit Fire for some amazing AoE damage over time.
Trinity Force vs. Frozen Mallet is a good toss up, depending on where you find yourself. If you are in an offensive position, Trinity Force. If you are defending alot, Frozen Mallet.
Other defensive items such as Guardian Angel, Randuin's Omen, and Aegis of the Legion are great too. Many of Nasus' items are interchangeable like that, it's very dependent on who you are fighting / how your team is built / and how well your team is doing. One nice thing about Guardian Angel with Nasus (and I'm not sure if they've changed it or intend on changing it), last time I died during my ult, reincarnated, and still had my ult up. Bug? Maybe. If not, that makes Guardian Angel wonderful for Nasus. Aegis of the Legion is not as helpful if there is another tank on your team with it. Randuin's Omen is great, but I find myself forgetting to use the active on it, which makes it less useful for me.

There it is. Questions/comments/*****es/gripes/complaints? Let me know. Thanks!

Atsur.
