Finally, another dude that pick abyssal scepter like me. BUT, its the same as with everyone that picks for of nature. You will already be over 200 MR, plus bulwark, 290. The bonus damage reduction will be too low to be of use.

Consider swapping FoN for a zhonya ring, wich will make your ultimate a REAL killing machine. Cause you cannot afford to be like every Garen Tank out there and just lie around, not being focused cause you are useless... always be a threat to the other team.

haha thanks. Well FoN is something I threw in there, like I said it is a work in progress and the build can be taken anyway. To be honest, I RARELY use FoN in any of my games. Usually I get to building Guardian and it's over. However the thing I have about Zhonya is yea it'd be nice for the ult, but I feel like unless the game is just STUPIDLY long...it might take too much time and gold out of a build just for that extra damage that could be spent on something to make you a little more durable or useful as a support. That is my take on it.

I mean i understand your point, but I just feel like it'd be a waste. It's definitely something I'm going to try in some of my games and if I find it worthwhile, I'll add it to the build. But thanks for the plus 1 and the comment, much appreciated.

I will definitely try it, however I still feel like it's situational, like every item in my build as well as Galio in general. Everything about him is very situational...and I feel like its up to the player to decide what they want to use and how they like to play. It's all about play style with him. I prefer to be defensive then strike when the aggressive people slip up. Other people prefer to intimidate and scare and it works sometimes, but its not my play style again.

I find AP galio much better than MR ^^ why is that? well you reach 120 AP? 150? I can reach 700 ap mu ultimate can destroy the entire team in a blink of an eye if I catch them all and my team is there to nuke them a bit b4 my ulti goes off. Q+E if aimed accurately on a group of enemies can drop the to 35%-40% of hp. I find his passive stupid cause tank vs a caster is usseles ImO even if you catch them in I barely see a caster without cleanse.... well I believe you know what happens if they cleanse in your ulti

Yeah, I agree that AP Galio is a viable choice. Is it better than MR, I'm sure it can be. Again like I said it is all up to player preference, I just prefer playing him more defensively and helping out my team. Could you nuke the **** out of everyone with your ultimate stacking AP, well but of course...I just feel like a defensive and harder to kill Galio is a bit more of an asset to a team than one who can nuke and even possibly die easier when ulting but producing more damage. This is just my opinion, but thank you for yours.

I really like the build as far as items and explination but I have one problem, the masteries.

Grabing any mastery or item that gives you dodge is a bad idea although you may dodge an attack every so often when useing your ulti you could very likely lose 10% or more damage because you dodged an attack. So i would highly suggest getting rid of the 4 points used to dodge and swapping them for reduced minion damage and health regen under magic resistance.

I have another problem with your build : that damn ****in' pink-purple mix on entire paragraphs made me blind for 10 minutes at least !

Just get another color dude ... this is insane.

@Byebye. Yeah I've been working out the masteries a bit. I made this about the 2nd day he came out and so I was and still am fiddling with some new specs and I'll be sure to update those when I get them finalized. But thank you for pointing that out, I appreciate it. But thank you, I worked hard on the explanations. I prefer playing him more support-tank ish and I figured I would explain how I did it. I'm about 20 games to 4 for a Win/Loss as him and what I do seems to work really well.

I'm glad to hear that. Yeah some people like going AP nuke with him and I just find him more effective for team play with this, with a few tweaks of course. But thanks for giving my build a chance =)
