Eh like I said move arround the items and also I would recommend that you toss in another avarice before boots, then rush that infinity edge like eh said, then also make up for the lost movement and attack speed by not rushing the phantom by buying an elixer of agility, and that will pretty much hold you over until you get the pd because it shouldnt take too long at this point if you are using parley to its advantage and also taking advantage of the dragon. I am going to rate up but finally i would recommend you ALSO adding more cons like if you waste your remove scurvy your scurood if you get stunned mid game-early game and also say that if you get blinded you will die because you wont be able to do anydamage in anyway possible ***ide from cannon barrage. Also you could add the ways to properly use cannon barrage and which situations you feel take importance over others, ex: theres someone attacking a half dead turret and you are fighting someone that you wont kill unless you use your cannon barrage to get away/kill that person. What do ya do??? Anyways yup thats all I can think of and remember to add color, a lil more spacing and if you wanna go to great extent, PICTURES... But ya good build in general. As a Gangplank player myself i would have to agree with all thats used and such
