Nice Build. I tried it out, and I did pretty good with it. I gave it to my noob friend, and helped him where he needed help and he went 8/3. I guess it works. :D

thanks it works wonders but swiftness is so you can run away like BD but i swap boots like i said in the guide for variation against casters etc.

Good casual build i would say.
The only thing i do diferent is i get E before ulti (mainly on lvl 4 or 5) its a great tool to chase or run away and get that last Parrley land.
And boots. Why swiftness?
Saw berserker ones for known reasons, saw sorcerer's for ulti, never faced swiftness ones.
