man you should RUSH sheen ASAP
you can grab a Sapphire Gem at beginning, and EASILY last hit with parrley / auto's and will have more than 860G to finish up the Sheen upon first recall
in a longer game though that avarice blade will pay off. 15 mins in it becomes free. XD so IMO the sooner u get it the better! Not to mention that mana doesn't do much good early game. I do agree though that sheen is a pwnage weapon u should get early.

adding to parrrrley third is awful because of all the last hitting gold you miss out on!
last hit at beginning of the game and you will have to base soon, because you won't have any mana. You will also lose out on all of your early game staying power that W has to offer. So yeah you're right you will miss out on that tiny bit of gold from shooting a few minions, but you'll lose out on ALOT more if you can't even handle staying in lane.. :-\
