I have to bash on this build just a bit. First of all, your introduction and your Masteries section are the same thing. You might want to get that fixed, as others will berate you for doing so. Second of all, you clearly don't realize the potential of Remove Scurvy. It is one of the most powerful self-heals in the game, and you should take advantage of that. Lane Dominance isn't just about mana, it's about health too. Your build would make more sense if you maxed Scurvy out. I do believe you should get rid of the shielding glyphs, and replace them with Greater Glyph of Replenishment replenishment glyphs. This will help fix your problem with mana, and maybe replace one of your philosopher's stones with something he can actually use, like another Avarice Blade instead? Don't worry about losing gold with the lack of Parrrley ranks, because you're making plenty of gold with your fortune items. just some suggestions. It's a -1 from me, but I do like the idea. You just really went about it all wrong.
