Overall, you did a pretty decent amount of work, and it's fairly well coded, but I don't agree with everything.

First, why are you getting tenacity boots over CD boots? You have a built in cleanse; the only time you should get merc treads is if the other team really necessitates it, but I don't think it should be part of the main build.

Also, Last Whisper shouldn't be a main item in any build (still opponent specific) and in a 3v3 a lot of time people won't build enough armor to make it necessary.

I am a fan of Atmogs on him, but you could make the argument that it's too expensive for a 3v3, but even so, a bit more health might help.

These are just my specific issues. Overall, it's a good guide imo.

If I'm reviewing your guide, it'd be nice to return the favor.
Many thanks to The_Nameless_Bard for the great sig

@Fulundry, Thanks for reviewing my guide and adding this to my attention. Now that I am awake and able to get back to improving my guide, I can add a section about viable boots and how they will help with Gangplank. I do mention that because Remove Scurvy has a rather large CD alone, it can helps against CC. Though as you mention it also depends on the other team, what CC they can dish out to you and would the boots be worth it overall.

As for last whisper, I suppose if the enemy team goes more offensive, The Brutalizer would most likely be sufficient enough as well as giving some CDR. Also, it is about half the price of the Last Whisper.

Thanks for reading through my guide.

The reason it is a stand alone item is because the price is cheap for what it gives. Youmuu's Ghostblade adds a little more cost to the item, though it can be helpful, it isn't really needed. You also have to remember that every little gold counts in Twisted Treeline.

That being said, I can mention it. Though most people should sell The Brutalizer for a Last Whisper if the enemies armour gets to 113+, for about 500 gold cheaper than the Youmuu's Ghostblade.
