One note: For flat armor penetration, if your armor penetration is greater than their armor, than you do more than true damage because of negative armor (yes this exists). |

Armor penetration doesn't go below 0 armor, you're thinking of armor reduction such as corki's machine gun. :3 Great guide, so much detail!
