So this is my first build I made and hope you like it :)

I have managed good games with this and I'll be updating this guide much. This is not complete.. yet.

First of all... You should remember you can change which items you build first for example you can build Trinity Force earlier depending on your playing style and enemy team.

I always start with Regrowth Pendant and Health Potion because Regrowth Pendant helps you to stay on lane longer.

At early game I try to stay on lane so long that I can get Philosopher's Stone and Boots of Speed.

Next try to make some kills and get Infinity Edge.
When you get it then try to get Ninja Tabis.

Now you crit well and your Q makes great amount of damage so you need some hp.
For hp is use Warmog's Armor because of those great bonuses.

Then an important item is Trinity Force because it gives good bonuses on almost everything and its able to add extra damage to your next hit after using one of your abilities and I think that extra damage affects to Q :)

Now you may have won the game ;) but if you haven't try to get Atma's Impaler because of its passive and extra critical change.
