This build just doesn't work out, it needs a triforce and it needs more magic resist in my opinion. Too squishee build overall, sorry.

I've taken your suggestions and added another build I tested a few times and found worked really well. It rushes a B.F. Sword for more early game damage and grabs a Sheen, as I figure it increases your damage and mana pool quite a bit (because let's face it, without blue, Gangplank is often deprived of mana and incapable of doing anything). I also took the suggestion of getting a second defensive item, in this case a Randuin's Omen, instead of a second Phantom Dancer; i feel that the extra armor and health are great for survivability seeing as ow you already have a magic resist item. So thanks a bunch for the suggestions guys (or perhaps ladies, I'm not sure of your genders).

This is pretty solid, nice guide. The only part i'd disagree on is probably stacking phantom dancers over getting some health, or resistances. After all, your nothing if you are easily destroyed by the enemy team. Overall, good job. +1 Check out my new guide.

Never thought about Jungle GP. GP is probably my best champion to play, generally get 20 to 30 kills when playing with my friends every game. This guide looks very interesting and in depth. I like that you give the option to do this. GP is a great ganker so jungling makes sense... I guess i just feel there are better junglers. +1 though... great guide

Great guide. Had a great game today. 22-11-27 Ganks with red are almost guaranteed. I personally rush BF sword and grab lantern after. Gank at level 4 is totally an option.
