This is a pretty self-explanatory tank build; after your first two Warmog's, you should have over 5000 hp. You will already be a pain in the *** to kill, but once you get Atma's Impaler you will be able to some serious damage, instead of just soaking up the hits for your team.

For spells, I choose Exhaust to help out teammates who are getting eaten alive by DPS's like Master Yi or Twitch and Cleanse to get rid of CC that the enemy team hit me with.
