Introduction
Garen is one of those DPS tank. He can be played as pure tank or full attack depending what your teammates are. But usually his is used as a killer. Runes
I take Armor penetration to deal maximum damage in begging with Judgement. This will make you easy to get kills in early game.
Attack damage runes will help you deal more damage to every champion and make you easier to farm. With armor penetration, this will help you a lot.
Attack speed runes are only for farming not for dealing damage. This makes you farm a lot and gives you more money to buy items.
