So classic beginning with boots and health potion. (doran's shield is another option, but if you want to keep the ennemy in your "E" i prefer boots)

Rejuvenation Bead, is really OP with garen's passive... why ? because you can harass your ennemy with your Silence (A) + your E. and then stay a bit further to regen... you won't need to go back even after a gank (if not to buy ^^)

Then brutalizer and giant belts

Then finish your boots, if you are gank a lot by AP jungler, or want to move on midlane, finish these sooner

Solar cape is really good combine to your E

Black clever will give you some more health (same idea with warmog)


So obvioulsy the two last items will depend on the team in front of you
Malmortius looks like necessary against a team with some AP, but if there is too much AP just take mercurial scimitar ans spirit visage or runic bulwark
