I use it and is very powerfull in later game but it is very hard to play in early, so maybe you have to play deffensive and be carefull.
I think, to be a tank, we have to buy enough armor and magic resistant. So you buy first the item who more armor has in the game , because in the early you will receive a lot of basic atacks. It provides you +100 armor, and it is 50% damage reduction. The armor will be increased for the passive and active hability Courage, and it is usefull because cancel possibly armor penetration enemy.
Then the same with the magic resistant, we buy the item with the most bonus of Magic Resistant (+50).
After that, we have to buy the item with most HP bonus (+1000) lot of times.
It will result in a total of 7.000 HP with more than 50% of damage reduction for armor and magic resistant, then 14.000 HP efective.
I recomend to build Seals of scaling armor, glyphs of scaling magic resistant, and marks of scaling damage, and quint of percent health.
It results a good combination of resources: Courage increase your armor and magic resistant in a % of the yours, and the Quint of percent health, and the passive of the item Warmog´s Armor increases too with more HP.
Is not a bad idea to buy too any HP potions in early game, and any guards at the long of the match, but it will results that you have to wait more to buy the warmog´s armor, and you will be in late with less HP.
The items build is very very expensive. I think is a very good build to any tank, but if you play Solo top you can gain more gold, so you will can buy the items. Usually you will not buy all the items because is very expensive, but no problem, you will see like when you buy a pair of WARMOG´S ARMOR you are very very very hard to dye.
I have seen others guides that use more atack damage, but this guide is to be a supertank, and you really don´t need more damage because your allies will do that. Almost you will use Demacian Justice to kill and it don´t be more effective with AD items.
