Not Updated For Current Season

This guide is meant for Garen players that do it right. See rest of guide for more info. Made this guide out of my standard Garen play while i was bored.
At the beginning I like to pick up boots and 3 health pots. With your boots in the beginning, you can catch up to players with boots, or stay on player's ***es. The three health pots keep you in lane longer, after wards I like to pick up another health pot or two depending on lane. while picking up the pot, I pick up an ingredient for phage and get back to the lane within 10 seconds or so due to boots and decisive strike. You should be racking up kills if your partner isn't a nin*** poop. After Phage we get Sword of The Occult just like a magician picks up Mejai's Soulstealer. With your kills counting towards your stacks, Sword of The Occult starts to pay for itself. Next is Frozen Mallet. What melee champ is good with out a Frozen Mallet or something like it? Frozen Mallet will add to your boots of mobility and make your Judgement hit more. Most people like to get Infinity Edge next, But auto attacks are just as important as a cell phone is to a teenager, Thats why I get Phantom dicer which gives Garen AWESOME stats such as 55 Attack Speed, 30 Critical Strike Chance, 15 Movement Speed. Next is Infinity edge, you probably will get to finish 2/3 of this because the game will end because of your new uber garen skills.
First we get Judgement to go with our new boots. Judgement at a low level is probably one of the worst moves to be caught in. next is decisive strike for the silence and the dmg. after that we power up our spin then get our 3rd spell, Courage! After this we max out Judgement, getting the ulti at 6. but heres the twist, we max out courage first instead of decisive strike. To me survivability is more important then a little more attack speed. most guides take Decisive strike over courage, but in the long run the xtra defense saves you.
Skills in battle,
1v1, decisive Strike to catchup/ silence, exhaust if it is up, spin, desicive Strike again if its up (if he is still alive), and repeat. Courage should be used in most fights, when ever possible
Depends on your team composition, whose tank, stuns, ect. Basically just spin with courage on and chase after low life hp's and use your ulti wisely.
The ONLY 2 spells I use with garen is flash and exhaust.
Exhaust- early game exhaust --> Judgemnt --> (insert partner attacks here) ---> FIRST BLOOD.
Flash is helpful for fleeing enemy champs, including ones that hide behind their turret, and the run away portion of flash. Flash --> Decisive Strike --> Boots --> SURVIVAL.
I'm not even going to bother with a summary, if you want one go onto your LoL account and ready garen.
Ranked play, DONT BE AN IDIOT. This build is more for 5v5, so follow the guidelines and ull be great.

[*] Gets fed early game which carries over to late game.[*]Your ulti will make you called "KSer"
Know your League of Legends.
Know what skills your partner has.
Know how to time spin/strike.
Know when to use your ultimate.
Know why to use your ultimate.
Know not to be a douche with your ulti.
A simple chapter, Spin, kill, if there is a gank, Flash --> Desicisive Strike --> and run to the choppa!(base) and of course you should have courage up at all times during a run away, or if you dont like the word run away, strategic retreat.
