Not a bad build, but for dps you put way too many ranks into courage, if you're trying to dps i'd start with E, one point in Q, then W.
Next max out E, and R (along the way :P )
Then Q
the passive from W doesn't get any stronger with levels so there's no point in maxing it out until your final 4 levels... other then that i approve it.

Quite a nice build. Don't really agree with the defense masteries, you can just adjust them before the game starts if you are dealing with an AP Nidalee or Rumble. Also, sunfire cape is quite overpriced for what it does, just get another damage item instead for easier last hitting and killing, or a defense item. Also, consider adding lane matchups.
