Hi everybody,

try to find a champion that can have a boost of speed, silent people, do alot of damage, resistant like an off tank, remove some slow effect,regen life faster,no need of mana or energy, and even have a short loong range attack with his ultimate.

Garen is better in solo top and need to be really aggresiv on the ennemies. last hit minion and spin to win when champions come too near.

if you play againts a range use the bush he know you are here he will waste mana trying to blind hit you in bush and will feel unconfortable. if you judge he far anough of his turret Q+ ghost then spin to win when Q hit the ennemie at this point they have 2 option: 1-try to run, in that case you exaust and finish him 2- Stay and fight til death at low lvl you have the adventage to mostly all champion in 1v1 that solo top so attack do your spell and if you see you have lower hand you have exaust to finish him or run for it.

when team fight come you are the off tank you need to be the second that go in fight and your target is the most dangerous with spell YOU MUST silent him then spin in the team. keep your W until you start getting hit dont waste too soon and you can keep your Ultimate for tank that try to run away most people playing a tank gona try to run away when less then 1/4 hp and most of the time succed because 1/4 hp is still more hp then a full hp dps... but with garen its instant death

Dont forget you are garen and its easy to get some kills early game if it go well and the situation permit it...try to let other champion get the kills many people play garen get all kills and they lost then say i did my job i have 20/x/x if you are max build you are not invincible a team is stronger then an individual you help your team get gold its gona be easier trust me.

Garen Is fast efficiant and Deadly when you get out of a bush you are the devil himself. but you are not immortal

Garen is strong and fast but stun, snare and range are your nemesis like ryse...a good ryse wont get killed by you and give you alot of harrament

These runes give you more survivability and still do alot of damage.
So many time I survived on the edge of my life because of my resist.
these rune of life steal is not the only way you can take flat hp or armor pen instead, but
9% life steal at lvl 1 with runes and mastery make many time the difference between life and death specially early game in 1v1.

these mastery in my book is the best way to do damage and stay alive.
you have 138hp at lvl 138 free....tell me how many time you run away with less then 100 hp...think about it that 138hp may be why you alive.

keep in mind with that build that 1 spin in a champion at lvl 1 cost him between 1/4 to 1/2 hp
so yes you can be really aggressiv think about your fist hit as a warning and when your cooldown come back you should be lvl 2 and be able to execute your ennemie
