Runes are not optimal. Garen needs ArP Reds for mid - late game, Armor Yellows for sustain, sc.MR blues and AD Quints for better farming early game. Change that, its standard. Some mates here simply downvotes you for that. Since you r building so much Health items, you dont need Health Runes!

item build example is very tanky and little damage at early - mid game. I would suggest to start with an offense item before starting building Health/Armor Items. E.G. Black Cleaver for doing enough damage early. With Courage Garen has enough sustain for the first trades.

Content is very very short and some false statements, e.g. about Doran's Blade "+ it goves you some armor". I would suggest to put mor depths into some chapters. Formatting is poor, the guide is simply text, very unattractive.

I dont vote until you updated it. But be prepared for some downvotes if you dont update quickly.
