Bit lacking on information, and I believe some of the information is incorrect. For example, you mention that Tarics ult is for team fights only, but I do not believe this to be true, it's on a low cooldown and shares the attack damage with your allies - thus making it a great tool for pushing, taking down towers, dragon & baron fights or even to steal the enemies blue buff faster. |
