Teemo Build Guide by Ferrovial

I had Teemo for a while and never really played him due to me not having a good build to suit how I play. After reading and using this, I now use him as one of my main champions!

My Ranked play is undefeated while I am Teemo :) and i usually do well in Pugs. Just finished a 17-4-12 game and thought I should post how great this guide is!

You shuld add a hextech in here. the spell vamp mixed with the lifesteal allows you to be more durable in team fights. I would replace the GA

This guide has really set me on the right path with Teemo, Been the deciding champ a few times. He is a great farmer with shrooms, I usually leave a couple in a lane so that minions drop while I'm move out to other lanes. Money comes in and your minions can push up.

He is definitely one of the favourites at the moment. I do hate laning against Fiddlestick, HATE! I played Wits + Abyssal Scepter and Banshee's Veil against him as an adaptation. The anti-magic plus the ability power for my shrooms proved a nice counter. But I use this guide as my basis for any game, If the game lets me do the cookie cutter I usually don't go with GA last and go for some other item depending on their team. But most of the time the game doesn't last long enough to get Phage even.

I'm still new on PVP, I like this build so much. Last time i had been tested DPS style build but can't survive long, keep feeding. When i try this build in two game without fully finish buy the Runes and i can survive more longer, no more feeding.^^

Since i bought Teemo long time ago i play him a similar way. I only change wits sometimes against rageblade and most of the time i get 3boots instead of mercuries to wardshroom and gank faster.Thats why i get flash instead of ghost.i personally like exhaust more then ignite, especially for ganking or chasing. ignite looses strengh lategame but the slow from exhaust is still usefull.

And i think malady, madreds and mallet are a MUST in every game ^^. Angel or Veil as situational u mentioned as well.

And THANK GOD you mentioned that stacking Shrooms is useless... still with lvl 30 i see players building shroommountains -.-

The explaination of AP and AD teemo is nice too. I only get AP (ryles) sometimes if i want hard slow on shrooms.

I'm inclined to vote this one down, but I'm gonna give it another try or two before I do so. I followed this build through to the end, and just wasn't doing nearly enough damage. I've had much better results with AD/AS builds. My suspicion is that this build banks too much on magic damage; opponents only need to invest in MR to neutralize my damage. I think AD/AS is more balanced as the bonus damage from Teemo's toxic darts is magic.
As I said, I am gonna give it a couple more tries, just to be sure that it wasn't a fluke.

This build has not failed me so far. Teemo has been my main for a really long time, ever since level 1. Played more than 150 games with him (not level 30 yet =/), and I tried a lot of different builds. Tried AD, then AP, then felt AD suited my playstyle. THIS build changed my entire perspective on Teemo. I was laughing my *** off every time a Lux SS-ed me with 1/4 health and couldn't kill me. I snickered whenever a Veigar unloaded his combo on me and dies 3-5secs later. I love this build!

But I would like to comment that I found that IE can be useful for the last item as well. I was dealing with the enemy team that had mpen and lots of mres. Felt I wasn't doing enough damage with just Madred's so I bought an IE for my last item instead of GA. Felt it worked wonders because Teemo at that point could do both physical and magical damage.

But idk, maybe that's just me coz I've always been used to AD Teemo. But anyway, just posted this because 1) I really like your guide ^^ and 2) I feel that IE isn't as bad for Teemo as you made it out to be in the Trollvote section. ^^

I'll post more if I find any variations to this build that would be great in certain situations. Thanks again for the build! :)
