A note bro, For the Runes ... Gives u more MR taking the Glyphs of Warding and more AS taking Seals of Alacrity... Thanks for Searz and his help :). U should switch that :). Gonna try the build and then give u my rate. |

Made an account to comment on this. Great build. Just started with teemo but I was able to score a triple and 31-4!! Great job, this has made me a definite fan of teemo. |
