Looks solid, but (as an avid zil player) I'm curious why Teleport and Clarity for Zil's skills. As support, I'd be more inclined to go Flash/Clairvoyance, as his move speed with rewind/time warp is insanely high.
Clairvoyance would help with added map control, something that this build seems to focus on.

Finally, I'd be tempted to replace Pant with Tryn for the melee DPS, as this team is looking a tad on the squishy side. TF and Pant fall hard when focused, and Zil can be shut down without backup. Endless rage/blood heals seems like it would help.

only thing i am worried about with this team build is that pantheon really is only viable in pubstomping games. At least thats my experience. Denie him a few kills and hes nothing.
