But i also would take Last Whisper for some more Armor penetration!!!!
I agree that Boots of Swiftness are generally better than Berkserkers. The more general build (Closer) is the 2nd listed. I haven't seen a good way of swapping the builds without deleting/recreating a build :/.
I've run Sion with cleanse a lot; before this season, Cleanse and Teleport were my go-to summoner spells. For pure survivability, Cleanse is still a little better (and more versatile than most think). However, Ghost gives extra closing/escape power, and then both your summoner spells will be buffed should you get Enchantment: Distortion.
Of course, your final build must reflect what you are doing for the team as well as the threats of the opposing team. I've used Blade of the Ruined King a couple of times, but found it wasn't worth it; it should be useful, but I've never hit a situation where I've thought 'I wish I had Blade of the Ruined King right now.'
This way, you will still have 30% CDR from items, with masteries and/or runes even more. Aswell HP and resistances, a big amount of lifesteal, which is even increased by Spirit Visage. 152.4 % lifesteal if your ult is active. And the MS, AS and Tenacity from Zephyr. Finally, the active slow + Transfusion from Blade of the Ruined King combined with AS and the godlike passive. Randuin's Omen also stops people from kiting you.
Add Cleanse and here comes Sion.
