Good guide but the only problem I have is how little you talk about items. You mention which ones to buy but you should talk about why you buy the ones you do. This will allow people to better adjust their build based on their play style. Good overall guide though just going in depth with items is all I could think of to improve.

I recorded most of these videos back in S2. The core concepts they are demonstrating haven't changed much, so there's no reason to update them at this time.

I agree that Boots of Swiftness are generally better than Berkserkers. The more general build (Closer) is the 2nd listed. I haven't seen a good way of swapping the builds without deleting/recreating a build :/.

I've not had many issues with being kited with this build; between Tenacious , Boots of Swiftness, Zephyr, Phantom Dancer, and 3x Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed, it's just not a massive deal; even slowed, I can move faster than most champions. Part of it is target selection, though. Perhaps I should expand my section that talks about that.

I've run Sion with cleanse a lot; before this season, Cleanse and Teleport were my go-to summoner spells. For pure survivability, Cleanse is still a little better (and more versatile than most think). However, Ghost gives extra closing/escape power, and then both your summoner spells will be buffed should you get Enchantment: Distortion.

Of course, your final build must reflect what you are doing for the team as well as the threats of the opposing team. I've used Blade of the Ruined King a couple of times, but found it wasn't worth it; it should be useful, but I've never hit a situation where I've thought 'I wish I had Blade of the Ruined King right now.'

This build doesn't have enough survivability. That 500-800 HP from passive don't help in any way if you are kited or stunlocked. I would rather no longer buy any crit and for that get defense items and Blade of the Ruined King. My build would be:

This way, you will still have 30% CDR from items, with masteries and/or runes even more. Aswell HP and resistances, a big amount of lifesteal, which is even increased by Spirit Visage. 152.4 % lifesteal if your ult is active. And the MS, AS and Tenacity from Zephyr. Finally, the active slow + Transfusion from Blade of the Ruined King combined with AS and the godlike passive. Randuin's Omen also stops people from kiting you.

Add Cleanse and here comes Sion.

Do you ever use banshee's veil or mercury treads to deal with late game cc/burst? seems that the build is built around surviving a large amount of damage and then dealing and healing it back.
